    Miryam MS, RD's Note:

These are just to die for. They are easy to make, nutritious and will leave your kitchen smelling just like bread. I have updated and changed a few of the ingredients from the original recipe. It works a lot better this way. Enjoy!

    Directions:

Gently deflate the dough, and transfer it to a lightly greased work surface. Divide it into 16 pieces. Shape each piece into a rough ball.
    3. 3
Place the rolls in a baking pan covered with partchment paper. Space the rolls so that they won't touch each other.
    4. 4
Cover the pan with lightly greased plastic wrap and allow the rolls to rise for another 1 to 1 1/4 hours. They won't double in size.
    5. 5
Uncover and bake the rolls at 350 degres F until they're golden brown on top but still ligth colored on the sides, about 25 minutes.
    6. 6
Remove them from the oven, and after 3-4 minutes transfer them to a wire rack to cool.

These were really pretty good. I think next time though I will use 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup orange juice plus the 2 tablespoons so they will taste a little more orangey . I did mix powdered sugar and orange juice for a thin glaze on the top - yum. Thanks Miryam for a great recipe. I will definitely be making again - almost guilt free.
