  1. I am a little lazy and very inexperienced when it comes to making bread-type things. I did everything in the order the recipe states and ended up with chucks of garlic and cumin in some places and none of it throughout the bread. Next time I will definately add it with the flour at the beginning and probably just use garlic powder and ground cumin. I used half whole wheat flour, and about a teaspoon of baking soda to make it rise a little and let it rest for about 20 minutes, but it still turned out really thick and chewy. I have never made naan, but I thought I had rolled it really thin, but I'll try thinner next time and knead it way less. It might have been chewier because of the whole wheat flour too though. Who knows!! Altogether though it was a great recipe. I can't believe it's so easy to make naan!!!

  2. This was great. The directions were easy to follow and this turned out perfect. I made them to compliment a curry carrot soup. Beautiful. I did add a pinch of salt though. Thanks so much for posting.

  3. Very easy and tasty! It took 1/2 cup water (rather than the 1/4 c. called for) and I added a pinch of salt (seemed like it needed it).

I love to cook! But I hate cleaning up afterwards, haha. I like cooking all types of cultural foods, I believe everything tastes good in a unique way, nothing edible can be disgusting, besides bugs and poop and that stuff [=
