What a great salad and so refreshing. Measurement-wise, I used 900 grams of watermelon cubes, 1/4 of a small white onion and 1/4 teaspoon of dried mint -- no fresh on hand. I may sprinkle over a couple of teaspoons of balsamic vinegar before it goes to the dinner table. Made and reviewed for Pick a Chef in April 2007.
if you use an orange, peeled and cubed instead of watermelon..just as nice
