  • Combine all ingredients, either with an electric mixture in a large bowl, or in a food processor.
  • Mix for several minutes, or until smooth and fluffy.
  • Place in small serving dishes.
  • Chill for several hours before serving.

  1. This wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. The texture was more like pudding than mousse. But it was very easy to make.
     
  2. I have to say, I would probably give this a good four stars, but the health factor makes it a hands-down five. I am NOT a tofu lover, nor is my husband, but we both really enjoyed this. I'll add fresh strawberries next time!

  4. This turned out quite well. I did find it a bit too chocolatey for my taste, so next time I would probably reduce the amount of cocoa in the recipe. Although I really enjoy tofu, I had never had it in a dessert before; I was a bit weary, to tell the truth, about trying this. However, I could not tell that it was tofu I was eating! Thanks for an intuitive new dessert recipe!
     
  5. Yum! Delicious, quick dessert. I made it using my hand-blender. It tastes great right out of the mixing bowl, I don't know if there'll be any left to chill, lol!

Tweaks

  1. This was excellent! I used 5 tbsp of mocha hot cocoa mix instead of the coffee & cocoa, but otherwise stayed true to the recipe. My mother came over for something and I gave her a taste; she said it was the smoothest she had ever tasted and went and bought tofu on the way home so she could make some! Even my kids loved it. Wonderful!
