- 295.73 ml water
- 236.59 ml salsa
- 2.46 ml dried oregano leaves
- 1.23 ml salt
- 1.23 ml cumin
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 9.85 ml vegetable oil
- 473.18 ml instant rice, uncooked
- 354.88 ml corn
- 118.29 ml sliced ripe olives, drained
- 59.14 ml fresh cilantro, chopped
directions
- Combine all ingredients in large saucepan, except cilantro, and mix well.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
- Add cilantro and mix well.
