Questions & Replies

  1. Can this marshmallow cream be used for fudge? Does it make 7 oz (1-1/2 cups)?)

  1. This was pretty good. I did not have all the corn syrup though, I had about 3/4 of a cup. Everything else I kept with the same amount. And it still came out really good.

  2. I haven't tried this yet but found out about it from a posting that justcallmetoni posted on recipe # 226212 , which I LOVE.

  3. This was good, but not quite what I was looking for. It is like a cross between 7 minute frosting and marshmallow cream. I was looking for something a little fluffier.... Still tasted good and worked for my purposes. :)

  4. Made a half batch of this as a filling in Recipe #226212. It was so light and fluffy, vastly superior to the store bought version. The yield (for a 1/2 batch) was somewhere between 1 1/2 and 2 cups. Because it is fresh and lacking preservatives, it begins to stiffen a little bit so I would suggest using it within a day or two or having some great storage.
