What a lovely recipe Sharon. I used frozen mangoes. They worked great in this recipe. The texture of the syrup was silky, thick and oh so delicious. I used the syrup with club soda for a flavorful and refreshing drink. Thanks for sharing another winner.person found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... I had an extra mango to use, so I chose this recipe and made half a batch. We used it to make a cocktail, which we mixed the mango lime syrup with a 1 1/2 ounces of vodka and a splash of Club Soda. They were very tasty. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Sharon. Made for "Please Review My Recipe" tag game.person found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... This was very easy to make, however, it was just a tad bit too sweet for me otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Mangos are naturally sweet and I think the extra sugar wasn't really needed. But that's just my taste. I mixed it with sparkling mineral water because I don't like to drink soda anymore - so I'm always looking for something to jazz up selzer or mineral water.
