  • Cook cauliflower and pumpkin.
  • Prepare salad.
  • Bring to boil pasta sauce with celery, carrot, spinach, lentils and garlic.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Mash cauliflower and pumpkin.
  • Spoon lentil mixture into bowls and top with cauliflower/pumpkin.
  • Serve with salad.
