These were ready in less then 45 minutes. It only takes 10 minutes at the most to cube the potatoes, I never peel. Four minutes to boil, then 20 minutes to brown. The trick with browning, is to use a skillet large enough to have a single layer of potatoes touching its surface. I added 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil to prevent sticking. Open adding the caraway seeds, they began to jump in the skillet, so I turned off the heat and keep stirring. Made for Please Review My Recipe

Very easy to make and delicious! Loved the caraway seeds in these. I added a sprinkling of parsley just before serving. We enjoyed these for a leisurely weekend brunch with Rita L’s Mushrooms Stuffed With Spinach and Cheese Mushrooms Stuffed With Spinach and Cheese. Thanks for sharing this recipe dienia and libbie!
