  • Boil baby carrots with half the tablespoon of basil and half the tablespoon of ginger until soft, but not limp.
  • Drain.
  • Add the remaining spices and margarine.
  • Enjoy!

  1. Very tasty. I like the technique of adding some of the seasonings to the cooking water and some after the carrots are drained. I used butter and added a little black pepper at the end. Thanks for posting! Made for Bargain Basement Tag.
