A refreshing, bubbly tea. . .perfect to sip poolside. Recipe from Prevention magazine June 2010. Recipe submitted by Paul Folkestad, chef at Le Cordon Bleu College in Portland, OR. NOTE: Feel free to try it without the lime juice as well - I like it better with just tea and ginger ale!
- 4 ounces iced tea
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 ounces ginger ale (I used diet with great results)
- candied ginger (optional as garnish)
- Mix together all ingredients and serve in a tall glass, on the rocks, with candied ginger as a garnish.
Just right for a hot, muggy afternoon drink! I enjoyed. Thanks! Made for Vegetarian Swap-Aug. 2010.
A very refreshing drink for a hot muggy summer evening. I used diet ginger ale and garnished with a slice of fresh lime. Made for Aussie Swap.
