This refreshing smoothie is great on a summers day when it's hot

  1. place all ingredients into blender.
  2. MIX for 20 seconds then SMOOTH for 20 seconds or if you don't have a top of the range blender, just blend until smooth.
  3. serve straight away.

Since the strawberries I could get this time of year aren't all that tasty anymore, I used frozen ones & left out the ice cubes, for an even more intenst flavor! Made enough for 2 very tall satisfying breakfast drinks! Thanks for posting! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Healthy Choices ABC cooking game]
