A light refreshing salsa. From my Australian/Mexican cookbook.

- 2 cups honeydew melon, finely diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 small red chilies, finely chopped (seeded optional)
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 2 -3 tablespoons lime juice
- Combine all ingredients and stir gently.
- Serve immediately.
