    Directions:

      Arrange cut potato on a microwave safe plate.

      Spray with cooking spray.
    3. 3
      Sprinkle salt, pepper, and any other desired seasoning over potatoes.

      microwave 4 minutes.
    5. 5
      turn, repeat steps 2&3.
    6. 6
      microwave 2 minutes.
    7. 7
      turn & microwave around another 2 minutes or until edges turn brown.
    8. 8
      remove from microwave & leave to cool.
    9. 9
      will crisp up as they cool :).
