Just what I was craving. I used only pan spray and omitted the 2 tsp. of oil. I also used only one onion because it was huge. A wonderful part of breakfast for dinner.

I have always made home fries the high fat/high sodium way until now! Thanks Miller for sharing a healthy way to enjoy my fries. This recipe was just as delicious using a salt sub vs. regular salt and a small amount of olive oil vs. veg oil.

I made this recipe in honor of our beloved Miller.
I have made fries like this before but not the low sodium way til today.
It was great!but as usual DH had to put his salt on his cause he is a salt person. The recipe didn't really say what to do with the onions so I used my judgement and added them after the taters had browned a bit, it worked out great. Giving my thanks to Miller for posting this simple recipe for Home Fries! :)
