- 1⁄2 fresh pineapple
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint (shredded)
- 1⁄2 English cucumber
directions
- Cut Pineapple and Cucumber according to preference (I recommend pineapple chunks and cucumber slices myself).
- Shred the mint.
- Combine in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving - this allows the flavors to combine.
