      Fantastic salsa! I measured everything and followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. Next time I will taste before adding the sugar, as it might be sweet enough without it. Also, I will experiment with adding the jalapeno seeds or red chili flakes for more heat. Great recipe, exactly what I was looking for.

      I used just half of a mildly hot chili pepper, but followed the ingredient list after that & we had a very, very tasty salsa that was mostly consumed as a dip ~ Would love to have this another time with a main-course meat!       Outstanding so simple to make and it was great. Even my wife who turned up her nose at the suggestion when I told her what I was making thought it was really good. I made it with the Chipolte Chicken sandwich recipe I found on this site. I will absolutly make this again.

      This salsa is wonderful. Just the right amount of sweet and spicy. I just served it with tortilla chips, but I am sure that it would be great on grilled foods too.
