Guac and Roll

When Avocados are at their peak, grab a bag of chips and make some guacamole. I found this recipe in Family Circle magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

Ingredients:

Servings: 6

• 3 ripe Hass avocadoes
• 1 lime, juice of
• ½ cup red onion , diced
• 1 medium tomato , diced
• 1 garlic clove , minced
• 1 jalapeno pepper , seeded and finely diced
• ½ cup cilantro , chopped
• ½ teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

1. Slice avocados in half; remove pits. Scoop out flesh and place in medium bowl. Pour lime juice over avocados and roughly mash.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
