    Redneck Epicurean's Note:

This is refreshing. I like to make it when the grapes are on sale and I'm craving something sweet but not high in sugar. Weight Watchers...a serving is only 2 points!

I just made this recipe only I subbed grapefruit juice for apple juice and lemon juice and lemon zest in place of the lime. It was wonderfully tart, sweet and refreshing! This is a keeper!

I was expecting great feedback when I served this. It was good, but not a WOW recipe for my family.

Love it! It soo easy to make, but the outcome is so fruity, so refreshing. It is awesome. And it gives you so many possibilities. I like it frozen, so I eat just out of the freezer. Let it stand and you will have a more chilled beverage type. If you like it very thick, use a 1/4 green apple. I also tried it with a bit more lime juice, wonderful, because not too sweet, but even more rfreshing. If you like you can grated the peel of the lime and add it too. Makes a nice presentation. And don't omit the mint. It adds to the refreshment. This is a wonderful treat, a dessert and of cause something every one will love. Never tried it? What are you waiting for? Hurry to get the ingredients.
