I love this one after the gym. It is a bit sour, so you might want to add sugar, splenda, or honey to it, it is your call.
- 1 cup honeydew melon, chopped
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 3⁄4 cup frozen green seedless grape
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- Pour all in blender, blend and enjoy.
