  • Toss the first seven ingredients (sorry, didn't want to have to type down all of those seven ingredients again); divide between two bowls.
  • Top with either milk or yogurt if desired.
  • Serve immediately.

  1. This looks very good, but I can't give it 5 stars as I wouldn't add the nuts or raisins, which are too high in calories for my personal preference... and if this is intended for 2 servings they would be far to small... this is more like one small serving in my opinion.

Hmm, where do I begin... well, I am originally from North Carolina, but since my dad is in the U.S. air force, we are now stationed in Kansas.
