I have made this in summertime with fresh peaches and it is wonderful. I KNOW it will be just as good with the lovely strawberry!

I made Happy Harrys wraps and this sauce truly made it. I love the sweetness with that tough of hot. Thank you for a great recipe.

This saved my otherwise ruined grilled burnt chicken. I made this at the recommendation of Toni Gifford and am so glad I did. The taste is incrediable. I can't describe it any better than Rita did. I was only able to let mine sit for about 2 hours, but I'll serve it again today with something and see if it makes any difference. Great recipe Harry.

Had to blink when I saw this recipe...two common ingredients I would have never considered putting together. Despite the simplicity, the flavors are complex and delight the tastebuds. I let my sauce set up for 48 hours and Rita's description was spot on -- you get this sweet flavor then just a bit of heat as its going down. We had ours with grilled chicken and it really made the meal. Next time, I would eat this a bit sooner so the berries would a touch less soft. I can also envision some nice variations of combinging peaches and strawberries or even throwing in a tablespoon of grated sweet onion. Thanks Harry!
