  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can fruit cocktail in light syrup, drained with juice reserved
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained with juice reserved
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 12 cup water

directions

  • Combine all fruit together in a large bowl.
  • Combine reserved juices, cornstarch, and water in a small saucepan. Over med-high heat bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Pour over fruit, mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours or until cold. Enjoy!

I would recommend it to others and would definitely make again. 4 Stars - This recipe was good but I would change something in it next time. 3 Stars - This is a recipe I would not make again, but it was ok. 2 Stars - I would not make this recipe again and we didn't like it at all. 1 Star - This recipe did not work out or the taste was unappealing and I wouldn't make it again.
