- 236.59 ml fresh corn, cooked
- 1 tomatoes, chopped and seeded
- 709.77 ml tomato juice
- 1 cucumber, unpeeled and diced
- 118.29 ml white onion, diced finely
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 29.58 ml fresh basil leaves, minced
- 44.37 ml fresh lime juice
- 2.46 ml salt
- 1.23 ml fresh ground black pepper
- basil leaves (to garnish)
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish each serving with basil leaves (optional).
