      This very tasty loaf is so easy to put together ~ It takes a little grating, but 1 carrot & 1 apple are quickly grated! I made this in a 9-inch loaf pan & it came out wonderfully moist! We've already had it topped with a homemade orange butter (OUTSTANDING) & also spread with a homemade orange-cranberry cream cheese (ALSO GREAT)! Thank you for a great addition to my keeper list!
