Excellent! Wonderful toasted with an excellent texture. Pretty easy to make -- although I did have to keep an eye on it as it was being kneaded by the machine and add a bit more flour to make it come together. It could maybe use a bit more salt as it was pretty blah when not toasted.
I've made this recipe several times! Makes great toast. My husband has had triple bypass open heart surgery so we're always looking for ways to cut fat. LOVE that this is so low fat - in fact, it's his new favorite crust when we make homemade pizza! Thanks for sharing this recipe. It's quick to toss in the bread machine, and has so few ingredients!
