This recipe received very mixed reviews from my family. My husband would not try them, two of my kids tried them but did not care for them at all, and my other two children ate them, but asked that I not make them again. I thought they were okay...very similar to a bland German potato salad. Though not a top pick for my family, I will add the recipe to my potluck cookbook as it is a good choice to take to picnics since it is a budget friendly recipe that does not contain mayo.

This is very similar to our normal German Potato Salad with a few omitted ingredients. DH, and I as well loved it. We did add "Maggie" to the dish, our favorite German seasoning. Thanks for posting. Made for Spring PAC 2009. :)

This is another lovely example of simplicity at it's best. The flavors of the potato, onion, extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar all shine to create a sum greater than the single elements. I sprinkled on a bit of seasoned salt after it was plated and it needed nothing else. I used tiny Yukon Golds, quartered. It's SO nice to fine a potato salad without all the mayo. Yummm!
