Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

When my son lived at home, I always had to make two pots because he and my husband fought over it.

Ingredients:

Servings: 8

• 1 (46 ounce) can chicken broth
• ½ lb boneless skinless chicken , cubed
• 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
• 1 cup sliced carrot
• ½ cup chopped onion
• 1⁄3; cup sliced celery
• 1 teaspoon dill weed
• ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Throw it all in a big saucepan and simmer 20 minutes.

This recipe gets 5 stars from me for being super easy and versatile! I used what I had- chicken bouillon, two frozen chicken breasts, sliced baby carrots, onion powder, celery salt, dried dill weed and 3/4 c. rice instead of the noodles- and it turned put way better than I expected a 30 minute soup to. I'm keeping this recipe for future use.

Totally delicious and totally easy. I added some dried herbs and loved every mouthful.
