    Ingredients:

    • 1 stalk celery, with leaves
    • 4 unpeeled carrots
    • 1 apple, unpeeled,cored and quartered
    • 1 ounce peeled ginger, piece (about a thumb size)

    Directions:

      Put all the ingredients, one by one, in a juicer.

      Process.

      Drink this summer special immediately.

      I think my apple was too small, so it was drowned by the strength of the other flavours. Will try again with more apple.
