  • 1 stalk celery, with leaves
  • 4 unpeeled carrots
  • 1 apple, unpeeled,cored and quartered
  • 1 ounce peeled ginger, piece (about a thumb size)

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients, one by one, in a juicer.
  2. Process.
  3. Drink this summer special immediately.

I think my apple was too small, so it was drowned by the strength of the other flavours. Will try again with more apple.

If you have this in the morning, you can forget about the coffee. Whoohoo, it will WAKE you up! Good :)
