- 473.18 ml dry lentils
- 946.36 ml water
- 236.59 ml carrot, diced small
- 354.88 ml onions, chopped
- 236.59 ml celery, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14.78 ml curry powder (you can use less if you want)
- 4.92 ml fresh ginger, minced
- 4.92 ml salt
directions
- Soak the lentils in cold water overnight.
- Combine all ingredients in a pot.
- Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until lentils are tender.
