  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, add enough water to cover ingredients. Season to taste with any no salt seasonning like Mrs Dash. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

Great...easy and delicious. I also added some zucchini. Also I used about 2t salt...and it still wasn't enough! I also added some frozen Italian season cubes (2), 2 frozen parsley cubes and 2 frozen red pepper cubes (but one would have been better. Thanks so much for sharing!
