Delicious and with such easy and clear instructions to making perfectly cooked couscous. I served it with recipe of roasted vegetables#420884. Made for the Feb Sun and Spice Event tag game.

I reduced this to 2 servings. This was my "lesson" since I never made couscous before. I'm glad I chose your recipe Rita. It was so easy. I used beef broth and butter and left it plain and simple to test it out. I liked it and feel I'm ready to try a little fancier now. Made for Zwizzle Chicks for ZWT6.

Thanks for posting this recipe Rita~ !! As I bought a bulk bag of couscous at an Amish market that came with no directions! So as soon as I saw this recipe in the Veg 'N Swap I knew I had to tag it! I made it as directed and it was light, fluffy and delicious! I served it with my recipe of ratatouille and it was divine!

This is the way I've been taught to do it at a cooking lesson in Vancouver, but forgot the amounts. It works every time. I'll use this couscous in Taboulleh. Thank you. Made for ZWT6.

I followed the directions and this was perfect. I used olive oil but maybe with butter, the taste would be even better. But even with olive oil, it tastes great. I omitted the salt. Thanks Rita :) Made for Newest Zaar tag.
