Great and easy side dish! I left the onion out and used a bit of garlic instead. Served this with some really spicy chicken skewers and I thought it was a perfect match for a dish like that. Enjoyed this very much - thanks for sharing the recipe!

As a very basic couscous I would say absolutely great. When I went to make it I discovered I did not have canned corn so I used 200 grams of frozen (would increase this to 250 gram at least) and as the corn was still partially frozen allowed more time for it to fry but used only 1 teaspoon of butter to 3 teaspoons of olive oil and added the spring onion (2 young ones) after the first 3 minutes and we had a very enjoyable side that was enjoyed by us all with our recipe #10766 10766. thank you Noo, made for 123 Hits tag game.

A nice twist on couscous. I used frozen corn and used the cooking water with a little veggie stock base for the liquid. Used a bit more spring onion. I wish I had used a larger skillet for the corn, just to get more of a caramelized quality to it, which I think I would have liked, but this was good as is.
