I am in love with Inner Beauty Hot Sauce right now. Though this copycat recipe found on the internet (http://www.wsrcc.com/alison/recipes/inner.html) seems to have quite a different ingredient set that what is on the bottle. I will update the recipe/description after I have made this. Using latex gloves to chop habeneros is HIGHLY recommended.
This is my all-time favorite sauce for burgers or brats off the grill. I've been making this recipe for years. It is fairly hot, but not as hot as you'd expect with all those habs.

I just made this recipe last night. I was leery about 12 Habaneros so I started with three thinking I could add from there if needed. I LOVE spicy foods but I honestly think that with 12 habs., this would have been inedible. With three it is perfect. It has a fairly strong bite but not so much so that a person with a milder palate couldn't handle it. As it stands, this is awesome. It will make a wonderful dipping sauce or glaze. Thanks Gay!
