  1. Very tasty and low-calorie recipe! I love it and i'll make it again! Also, it's a way to eat tofu if it don't like you! ;) Great snack!!!

  2. I like tofu, but I didn't like this. I used firm tofu, unsweetened mixed berry applesauce, sultana raisins and dried fruit muesli instead of granola. I added lots of cinnamon and drizzled molasses on top, but it was still bland. All that couldn't mask the taste of uncooked tofu. Sorry, but won't be making this again.

  3. I loved this recipe so much! However, I added splenda, honey and some vanilla extract to the tofu-mush to make it super sweet. The second time I made it, instead of adding granola to the mush, I put it ontop of an english muffin! It makes a delicious breakfast sandwich!

  4. I've been tempted by all the recipes you've posted but this was the one that drove me, without hesitation, straight into the kitchen! What a delight to make something with such ease and speed that’s also healthy and tastes absolutely delicious. I made it again this morning for my son to take as a snack at his desk, and he emailed to put in a repeat order for tomorrow; all in all a resounding success.

I WILL NOT say they are Vegetarian or Vegan any longer due to the database changes. I DO NOT WISH YOU TO RECOMMEND THEM. Consider them as faulty. It's your own fault if you trust them. Don't bother to review. Don't ask me a question. I won't answer. I'm not here anymore. I will NOT warrent any recipe on this site put up by me as correct due to Scripps problems. IF they claim to have fixed it, I still do not warrent any recipe as correct except the ones that I put up personally on the tripod site so use any recipe posted under my name at your own risk. Basic? Lots of luck. Now the ones at chef.philocrates.tripod.com [see De Gustibus Veg*n in link on top], yeah, I will take responsiblity for all of them and the ingredients. I put them up and any errors are all mine. No the door didn't hit me on the ### but the skid marks in the parking lot are mine.
