      I am really fond of this dish. It keeps well for leftovers - gets better even! Be careful on the amount of spices- I used too much cinnamon... Carol- for dummies like me you should put some approx amounts..

      This easy to make dish is not only delicious, but really nutritious as well. I love interplay between the spinach and potato - definately a winner.

      ucch. Is this Indian food?? I have been to India twice, and make alot of the food. I tried this recipe because of the rave reviews that other people gave it and did not like it. Carol's dal, however is great (see uder her name).
