  • 236.59 ml pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 236.59 ml cantaloupe, diced
  • 236.59 ml peach, preferrably frozen
  • 236.59 ml pineapple, diced

directions

  • Place ingredients in a blender & mix by using the on/off pulse function until mostly blended, then gradually increase the speed & continue mixing until totally smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy!

  2. We made 3 kinds of smoothies tonight and this was my favorite. I made mine with frozen pineapple and canned peaches. The pineapple is really the dominant flavor and I love that it doesn't need any sugar. Yum, its a keeper.
