Cantaloupe, Peach and Pineapple Smoothie

I tweaked this recipe slightly & found it in the 2003 cookbook, Slim Smoothies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, diced
  • 1 cup peach, preferrably frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in a blender & mix by using the on/off pulse function until mostly blended, then gradually increase the speed & continue mixing until totally smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy!

We made 3 kinds of smoothies tonight and this was my favorite. I made mine with frozen pineapple and canned peaches. The pineapple is really the dominant flavor and I love that it doesn't need any sugar. Yum, its a keeper.

4 year old DD doesn't like cantaloupe but drank this one down no problem, lovely & refreshing yet easy to make. Thanks for posting!
