- 236.59 ml Bulgar wheat (coarse)
- 473.18 ml water
- 2.46 ml salt
- 1.64 ml ground cinnamon
- 439.41 g can black beans, rinsed and drained

Dressing
- 59.14 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 29.58 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 4.92 ml brown sugar or 4.92 ml raw sugar
- 44.37-59.16 ml finely chopped fresh mint leaves (optional)

Fruits or nuts
- 157.80 ml chopped almonds (toasted)
- 453.59 g fresh strawberries, diced
- 226.79 g fresh blueberries
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
directions
- Bring water to a boil; add bulgur, cinnamon and salt. Stir. Let simmer 10-15 minute (until water is absorbed and bulgur is tender).
- Move from heat. Add beans, dressing, chopped mint leaves and almonds. Mix well.
- Gently stir in blueberries, chopped mango and strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or more.
