Budwig Cream

This “cream” is apparently a cancer cure. I was given this recipe from my cousin in Italy. Her father could barely see because of M.S, but after eating this he made improvements that were remarkable. His vision wasn’t restored, but his health changed for the better. Ingredients:

Serves: 1

Yield: 1.0 bowl/

• 1 tablespoon flax seed
• 1 tablespoon millet seed
• 1 tablespoon sesame seed
• 2 tablespoons yogurt (any flavour)
• 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
• 1 banana
• ½ lemon, juice of
• 1 apples or 1 fruit , in season

Directions:

1. Combine the seeds together in a coffee grinder. Grind until "powdery", about 30-40 seconds.
2. Mash the banana with a fork until desired texture, and stir in the yogurt.
3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and add it to the banana mixture, then add the flax seed oil.
4. Combine the ground seeds to the banana mixture, and stir well.
5. Chop the apple or other fruit roughly and stir into the banana mixture. The mixing can be done in a blender if you prefer a smoother "cream" or "Shake".
6. Enjoy :).

NO, no and NO! This is in no way what Dr. budgwig suggests in her protocol which has helped countless people not only survive cancer but they are cancer free! It is SO important that if you are using this for healing, that you go to healingcancernaturally dot com. This protocol works for many conditions. Dr Budwig warned about veering off of her recipe which calls for Unrefined, cold pressed Flax oil and low fat 2% cottage cheese. The reason is that it has a reaction when blended together. There is so much more to her protocol. Please check it out for yourself...or a loved one!

I've made this every day for the past 3 days now. It's actually delicious and nice and creamy! I peel a bunch of ripe bananas and keep them in a zip-style freezer bag and just pop them into the blender along with the other ingredients. I find that is too thick for my blender, so I use some skim milk to thin it out. I used 4 ounces of yogurt and a handful of frozen fruit that I get in bags at the local wholesale club. I've had smoothies many times and they've never kept me satisfied. This one DOES! I hope I can drop a few pounds by having this in the morning. It has kept me away from fatty breakfasts. Thanks so much for submitting this recipe. It's a keeper.

Delicious! Even my husband, who doesn't like healthy foods, liked it. The only thing I didn't have was sesame seeds. Thanks a lot for sharing!
