Broccoli is loaded with lots of vitamins A and C and several minerals, it is one of the most healthful veggies. This is a spiced up version that is low in fat and not low on flavor. The recipe comes from Williams Sonoma Essentials of Healthful Cooking.
Yum! A great side when serving pasta. I usually cook the garlic and pepper flakes in the oil for a couple of minutes. Then stir fry the steamed broccoli in the oil/garlic/pepper flakes for a few minutes.

Terrific recipe and fabulous taste. Used elephant garlic and organic broccoli, but did go a bit over on the pepper flakes as I love them. Super meal that went with some good organic whole wheat dinner rolls, and fettuchini with olive oil and shaved parm cheese. Thanks for sharing.
