Really yummy breakfast. I eat it everyday, sometimes with 1 apple and a handful of raisins of only the banana and vegan pure chocolate chips

  1. Cut the apple and banana in small pieces and put them in a microwave bowl.
  2. Add the oatmeal, soy milk, water and cinnamon and stir.
  3. Cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes.

This is a great way of adding some interest to plain old porridge! :)
I loved the addition of banana, it made the porridge really creamy. The cinnamon was a nice addition and I think next time I will use a little more, cause it was so yummy.
I cooked this on the stove top, but other than that followed your recipe to a t and it came out perfect.
