      Wow, did we love this! DH quit smoking a couple of years ago and needless to say gained alot of weight. I'm trying to find stuff that he will do in the morning. He loved this! I did add some flax meal to it, which added a nutty texture to it. Going to keep an eye out for when they have pineapple on sale and just chunk it up and vaccum seal it so I will always have this! Will definately keep this always on hand!

      SO excellent! Well, our attempt at singing wasn't so excellent but that's not reflected in my review. :) I'm excited because this fits so nicely in my parents' healthy eating plan and is a new dessert they can have. My kids LOVED it too. We also immediately thought RUM as an addition for the future (not for the kids, of course!) Thanks B's!

      I don't care if it IS cold outside, this was ooohhh sooooo goooood. A GREAT way to get one of your fruit servings in for the day. I'm not even going to tell you what my husband said while I was singing, ha, ha, ha. I am now thinking of other uses for this....hummm, maybe add some rum for an awesome cocktail.
