    This is a very simple pie that my Mom always makes for picnics and/or parties. It's vegetable pie but, if you're not a vegetable kind of person you can substitute it to cooked shredded and seasoned chicken or even just ham, cheese and some oregano....yummy!!! :)

    Directions:

      Pre-heat oven 350'.

      1st Dough :Blend all the ingredients for the dough and pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.

      Mix vegetables in a bowl. Add vinegar, oil and salt and mix well.

      Spread vegetable mix over dough.

      2nd Dough :Blend all the ingredients for the dough and spread it over vegetable filling.

      Bake until golden brown and toothpick comes out clear. Turn off oven and let the pie sit inside it for 30 minutes.
