8 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt
½ cup apple juice
1 small banana
½ cup blueberries
honey
1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. You can add more or less apple juice to get the consistency you would like.

Freeze in small cups so your pup can really cool down!
