    Directions:

    1. 1
      mix together ingredients and pour half onto pan that has been sprayed with low cal cooking spray. Sprinkle half the blueberries on top. When the bottom side is cooked flip the pancake and repeat. You could use any fruit instead of blueberries for a different flavor or make plain pancakes and serve with maple syrup or lemon, whatever you want really!
