I found this recipe on a different site a few years ago and love how it makes plain black beans a little more special and a lot more tasty. It is so quick to make and is a great side for your Mexican dishes.
- In a medium saucepan, combine beans, onion and garlic and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add cilantro, cayenne, and salt.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
