Quick, easy and healthy. A fun breakfast for summer. For the kids who won't eat granola try lolly sprinkles.

    Directions:

    1. 1
Peel bananas and halve. Insert icecream stick in cut end of each piece, to make a handle.
    2. 2
Holding by stick, dip into yoghurt (I cheat and dip it into the tub rather than try to coat it with the small amount), cover completely to exclude air, allow to drain away slightly then roll in granola lightly.
    3. 3
Place on tray covered with foil or cling and freeze immediately in coldest part of freezer.

      Yum!

These were yummy! I took your advice and just dipped the banana in the yogurt tub; I also crushed the granola slightly to make it easier to coat the banana. My grocer didn't have popsicle sticks and I didn't want to make an extra trip to get them, so I just stuck the handle end of a plastic spoon into the banana and it worked just fine! Thanks for posting this quick and easy breakfast on the go!
