      Sorry I hate giving a bad review... I added an egg because there wasn't really anything to mix the flour with. I took them out early and they still were too done and they are lacking in flavor. I feel like something is missing from this recipe.....

      I didn't use stars because I changed this recipe a lot. First off, I multiplied everything by 4 so I could make a dozen muffins. I thought I read the recipe wrong b/c there is no liquid in it but I didn't. When I mexed everything together, it was really really thick (like cookie dough) so I added an egg and a bit of OJ. I had some blueberries so I threw in a few handfuls of those. The baking time was still about right (maybe add 5 minutes since I made a dozen.) Anyway, they're a little dense and bland. But they definetly have potential. I might add a little bit of sugar next time to sweeten them up. I'll still eat this batch, though!
