  • Preheat oven to 170'C.
  • Mash bananas in a bowl and add sugar and vanilla until combined.
  • Add water.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, soda, powder and cinnamon.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix.
  • Grease bread pan and pour mixture inches I added some shredded almonds on top.
  • Bake for an hour.
